Renewable energies: geothermal energy

Geothermal energy is a renewable source that benefits from the constant temperature of the subsoil thanks to a heat exchange. Thus it manages to transfer the 19-20 degrees centigrade that we find all year round in the earth's crust to air-condition the inside of our home.

With aerothermal energy we have to heat or cool the outside air which can be in winter for example at 2 degrees below zero, or in summer at 35 degrees easily in latitudes like Madrid.
Whereas, with geothermal energy, we start from a temperature of 20 degrees and only have to increase or decrease just a few degrees.
